OUR COMMITMENT

Active Disabled Americans has made special moments on the water possible for people with physical and mental disabilities. We have dedicated over 30 years to providing everyone with accessible water-related activities and experiences. Our passion is to make them accessible to all.

OUR STORY

By empowering people with disabilities, we aim to help them realize their full potential. Our goal is to create lasting memories for all communities, with an emphasis on veterans and individuals living with physical limitations as well as various other disabilities. Our unique knowledge and experience enables us to understand and adapt equipment that meets the needs of our community. Active Disabled Americans, our non-profit organization was founded in 2004, and is dedicated to providing a better quality of life for those individuals who need our support.

Our initiative is committed to inclusion. It is our belief that the water and all it has to offer is a place of healing, reflection, and joy. Our goal is to normalize “normal” for everyone.
